Alarm Account Information

Transmission Format – Select the signal transmission format from the drop-down list.  The choices available on the drop-down list are maintained in SedonaSetup.

UL Grade – If this is a graded UL System, select the UL Grade from the drop-down list.   The choices available on the drop-down list are maintained in SedonaSetup.

System Password – This is the password on the account.

Duress Password – This is an optional password that the customer would provide to a central station operator in a duress or panic situation.

Keypad Code – Code for arming the system from the keypad.

Panel Phone – Telephone number to which the alarm system is connected.

2nd Panel Phone – Telephone number for the Central Station monitoring the system.

Keys on File – If your company is a key holder for the system, select this option.

Keys Number – If the Keys on File option was selected, the User may enter the identifying number of the key.

Has Sounder – Select this option if the system has an audible device installed that will activate in an alarm situation.
