New Appointment Radio Buttons - Service Ticket

Using this option will create a new Service Ticket and schedule a Technician Appointment in one process.

When selecting the Ticket option then double clicking on a Technician Time Slot within the Schedule Board, the Customer Search form will be displayed for locating the customer for which a new Service Ticket will be created.

Once the customer has been selected, the New Ticket form will be displayed for data entry.  Once saved, the Ticket Appointment will appear on the Schedule Board.
