Materials Received from a Direct Expense Purchase Order

Material costs are applied to a Job when receiving a Purchase Order flagged as a Direct Expense.  Direct Expense Purchase Orders are used when the cost of the part(s) being ordered may be different than the normal cost paid by your company and you want the actual cost of the parts to be expensed to the Job.
