Installer Availability (continued)

Appointment Blocks

Each block within an Installer Tile represents one half day in time.  If an Installer has a scheduled appointment, one of four possible images will be displayed in the Installer Tile:

   Ticket Appointment

   Job Appointment

   Both Job & Ticket Appointments

   Miscellaneous Appointment

Hovering over an Appointment Block with a displayed image, lists brief details of the scheduled appointments in a Tool-tip. 

Double-clicking on any Appointment Block will move the calendar on the SedonaSchedule Schedule Board’s Day View to the clicked date.
