It’s been a long, hot summer here at SedonaOffice, but we’ve been keeping our cool through all of the new growth, products, and updates we continue to release.  Here’s hoping you’ve been finding a way to beat the heat as well.

Earlier this month the 2016 SedonaOffice Bootcamp went off without a hitch.  A big thank you is in order to all of this year’s attendees, and we hope to see even more faces next year.  If you need some convincing, read on for all the details on the event. Speaking of events, many of you will be happy to know that it’s finally time to start gearing up for the 2017 SedonaOffice Users Conference.  We hope you’re as excited as we are to get together for the 15th annual SOUC.  We definitely can’t believe it’s been that long.

Bootcamp isn’t just for the military (or your morning workout class) anymore. 2016 SedonaOffice Bootcamp was in full swing earlier this month, where our Users got in shape to keep up with SedonaOffice and everything it has to offer.  If you joined us for the event, thanks for coming! We loved having you. If you didn’t make an appearance, you definitely missed out (sorry, guys), BUT there’s always next year. Come on people, be there or be square.

What do you like best about your job? I like it when I can help a customer, or an employee, and give them the assistance they were looking for.

What is something you’d like to share with our customers? Everyone here at Perennial Software takes their job very seriously and will go the extra mile to make sure the customer is taken care of.

What is one super fun fact about you? A friend and I used to have a radio show in college playing alternative music – The Smiths, XTC, Elvis Costello, Camper van Beethoven and the like.  I think we had an average of about 5 listeners at any given time!

What a hipster…who knew?! Thanks, Tam. We’d listen to your radio show any time.


Replacing Parts

on a customer’s equipment list from a service ticket:

When you go to replace a part on a customer’s equipment list, don’t forget to click on the part being replaced and drag it over top of the part replacing it.  This will show up in the customer’s equipment list as one part removed and one part added. This also will list the part in the “Removed Parts” listing of the Service Ribbon. Check out the example below:
