Creating a New Customer/RMR Setup (continued)

Follow the RMR Setup Details link for definitions of each field on this setup form, or click on the Next Page link at the bottom of this page.  To skip the field by field RMR form definitions, follow the Custom Fields Setup link for step 6 of a new customer setup.

Once all information is entered on the RMR form, click on the Custom Fields form to enter additional information related to the Customer.  Depending on your company settings, the last tab to the right of the RMR may be displayed with a different label. 

If the Custom Field tab is grayed-out, your company has either elected not to use the Customer Custom Fields, or the User does not have the appropriate permissions to access the Customer Custom Fields form.  If this is the case, continue on to step 7.
