  User Group Security Options

For a User to be able to create a customer cancellation record certain security privileges must be granted to the User through the User Group Security options within SedonaSetup.  The following User Group Security options located within Application Access pertain to Customer Cancellations.

Cancellations – Allows a User the ability to process Customer Cancellations, including canceling recurring lines through the completion process of the Customer Cancellation.

Access to Complete Cancellations – Allows a User the ability to finalize and close out a cancellation from the Cancellation Queue.
