Customer Structure
When highlighting the Customer Name menu option from the customer tree, the information displayed in the Active Pane will list five groups of information; Active Billing Contacts, Open Invoices, Open Credits, Open Tickets and Open Jobs. If the customer has any of these items they will be displayed under each group header name. This is the initial view that is displayed when a Customer Explorer record is opened.
There are no right-click options available for this customer tree option.
