Central Station Tracking Tree Options

Instructions

This option is used to create and maintain special instructions that are to be followed by a central station dispatcher in the event an alarm signal is received for the System.  Special Instructions may be linked to either a Signal Type or to a system Zone.  If linking to a Zone, the Zone setup must be completed first.

 

To enter or modify the System's Instruction information, you must first open the System record in Edit Mode.  Once in Edit Mode, click on the Central Station Tracking tab, then click on the Instruction tab.

 

To enter a new record, click on the New button located at the lower right of the form, enter the information and click on the Save button located next to the New button. 

Remember to click on the System form Save button at the bottom right of the form (this is a double-save process).
