Cancellation Profiles

 Purpose:

To define unique cancellation situations where the list of tasks to be accomplished are unique to the situation.

 Prerequisites:

 None

 Required or Optional:

 Required if processing customer cancellations through the Client Management Cancellation option

The Cancellation Profile is a required selection when a customer cancellation is initiated from the Client Management module menu option.  If you have decided to use Cancel Tasks, then you will create one Cancellation Profile for each unique cancellation situation, and then link the cancellation tasks to the Cancellation Profile.
