To setup a default printers for various types of documents to be printed. |

Default printers must be setup in order to print any of the items specified in this form. This can be customized at each User’s workstation. The checkbox Print Company Letter Head should be selected if you want your company name and address to print in the upper left corner of the document. If this checkbox is not selected, you may print on pre-paper which has your company’s logo and address information pre-printed in the upper left corner, or on may forms such as Invoices and Statements, you may attach an image file of your company logo.
If attaching an image file, the image file size must not exceed 366 x 108 pixels. The image file should contain any information that needs to be printed including the company name, address, phone numbers, website URL, professional license numbers, etc.
