SedonaOffice 101 Application Menu Tools Options
Selecting the Inner Office Messaging option button will open the Inner Office Message Queue. For more information on Inner Office Messaging, refer to this topic in the Client Management section of SedonaOffice Help.
If Microsoft MapPoint software is installed on the workstation, selecting this option button will display a map for the address of the record currently being viewed. If MapPoint is not installed at the workstation, Google Maps will launch to locate the physical address.
SedonaOffice uses the spell-check feature of Microsoft Office. If an area of text is highlighted then the Spell Check option is selected, the Microsoft Office Spell-Check function will be launched to check for spelling errors.
Selecting this option will open the Template List. This list of templates is used for generating bulk or single letters from a Collection Queue or from the Customer Query Builder. Instructions on how to use this function is available in this Help under the Collections heading.
