Active Pane Options

When a Customer Explorer record is initially displayed, the Active Pane lists key information about the customer; active Billing Contacts, Open Invoices, Open Credits, Open Tickets and Open Jobs.  There are right-click options available for items within each area.  Follow the links below for details on the right-click functions available.
