Plan Concurrently

The Concurrent Planning option essentially attempts to set all of the Tasks for a Job at the same time.  A User might select this method when a Job has Tasks which can be worked on at the same time and they have more than one installer going to the site.

Using Concurrent Planning in conjunction with Predecessors can create a concise block of appointments for a Job.  To read more about Predecessors and how to set these up, click here.
