SedonaOffice 101 Main Application Menu Service
The Service module contains many functions that are used by staff members in many departments to manage Service and Inspections Tickets. Each option within the module is secured by User Group Security permissions.
Appointment Summary – Selecting this option will display the Appointment Summary which is used for scheduling time for technicians to work on Service and Inspection Tickets and Installation Jobs.
Inspections – This option is used for two purposes: 1) to display a list of upcoming inspections based upon a date selected by the User and 2) generate Inspection Tickets in bulk.
Print Service Tickets – This option is used to perform bulk Service and Inspection Ticket printing.
Service Ticket Queue – This option is used to view and manage all open Service and Inspection Tickets. A list of closed Service or Inspection Tickets may be viewed using this option.
Technician Absence – This option is used to block out dates or periods of time on a particular date when a technician is not available to be scheduled for appointments.
