Vendor Service Tickets Overview (continued)

There are three main distinguished objects on a Vendor Service Tickets:

Tech Appt - The Tech Appt form is grayed-out and is unavailable for use.

Request Date - The Request Date takes the place of the Tech field of a normal Service Ticket.  This field is the date on which the customer is requesting service.

Vendor Service Label - At the bottom of the ticket is a label in blue font identifying the ticket as a Vendor Service ticket.
