The Service Ticket Status Code Definitions

Each Service Ticket is assigned a Status Code by the application; this status is automatically set and updated by the application depending on what actions have been performed for the ticket.  The ticket Status is displayed in the Service Ticket Queue, the Appointment Summary for unscheduled tickets, in the header section of a Ticket, and from the Customer Explorer.

Each of the possible Ticket Statuses are defined on the next page.
