Service Service Ticket Queue Functions 

The Service Ticket Queue Functions

A user has the ability to Live Dispatch from the the Service Ticket Queue as well as open a ticket for processing.  These functions are accessed by highlighting a ticket in the Queue, right-clicking and selecting one of the displayed options.  Only certain right-click options are available depending on the current ticket Status.  For example, if the Arrival time has already been recorded for a ticket, the only right-click dispatch function available would be Depart.

The Service Ticket Queue may be re-sorted by clicking the title of any column in the grid area.
