Inspection Ticket Definitions

An Inspection Ticket looks similar to a regular Service Ticket with a few exceptions. 

·          At the bottom center of the Ticket are the words Inspection Ticket displayed in a blue font.  Only tickets generated through the Inspection program will display this label.

·          If any Notes were setup on the Inspection record, a field note will automatically be created and saved to the ticket.

·          The Problem Code field is automatically populated with the Problem Code selected on the Inspection setup form.

·          A new form Insp Parts (Inspection Parts) is displayed on Inspection Tickets.  This form takes the place of the Equipment List that is displayed on regular Service Tickets.  If any parts were selected on the Inspection record setup, those parts will be listed on this form.
