Custom Field Table 1, 2, 3 (Service Ticket)

 Purpose:

To define a table of values from which a user may select for the Custom Table 1, 2 or 3 field

 Prerequisites:

Service Ticket Custom Fields Setup

In this example we chose to track a Cause for each Service Ticket in the Table 1 field.  For each choice you would like the User to be able to select from, create one record in this setup table.  The number of records you may enter is unlimited.

The entries in the example Custom Fields Table 1 below are the choices that will be available in a drop down menu in the Service Ticket, on the tab labeled Custom Fields.
