To define the list of codes to describe whether an opportunity resulted in a sale or was lost. |

When resolving an Opportunity the User must select a Resolution code. The code should describe whether your company won or lost the business. If the resolution code is used to indicate the sale was closed, you must check the Sold checkbox. This code is used for reporting purposes.
