Contact Information
2. The Contact Information form is divided into three sections; Contact Detail, Phone Numbers and Contact Notes. All fields will be described under the corresponding form section heading. This form is used to enter the name of the contact and miscellaneous other information.

Contact Detail
The Name of a Contact may be entered by one of two methods; manually typing in the name of the Contact in the field to the right of the Contact Name button or by pressing the Contact Name button and breaking down the name of the Contact into multiple fields. Either method will display the Contact name in the Contact List. If your company is designing reports using a third-party software application and will include Contact Names on any reports, it is recommend the Contact be created by pressing the Contact Name button to allow greater flexibility in report design.
