Job Scheduling
There are two options available for scheduling Installers to work on a Job; the Job Schedule or the Appointment Summary. Each scheduling method employs different functionality; your company should test both methods to determine which method will work best for your business situation.
The Job Schedule is used exclusively for scheduling installation Jobs. Jobs are scheduled for one or more days. A particular time of arrival or length of the appointment is not specified using this method. An Installer may be scheduled to multiple Jobs on the same day.
Jobs may be scheduled on the Job Schedule board from a Job Record or directly from the Job Schedule Board.
