Equipment List Form Definitions
The Equipment List form will display all active system equipment installed at the Site for the Service Ticket. Each active part is listed with the Quantity, Install Date, Type, Job/Ticket Number and Location. The Type column will display one of three values: J if the part was installed on a SedonaOffice Job, S if the part was installed on a Service Ticket or O if a part was manually added to the System Equipment List. If the part was installed on a Job, the Job number will be displayed under the Job/Ticket column. If the part was installed on a Service Ticket, the Service Ticket number will be displayed. If a Location was entered by the User for the part, this information will be displayed. If a Kit part was used on an install job or service ticket, all the parts contained in the kit will be listed in the Equipment List.
