Job Appointments

The Appointments button on the Job Labor toolbar is used to setup single Job appointment for Installers.  Appointments created using this function will appear on the SedonaSchedule schedule board.  We highly recommend using SedonaSchedule for scheduling, dispatching and managing Job appointments.  There are many more features and capabilities when scheduling Jobs with SedonaSchedule.  For instructions on scheduling Jobs from SedonaSchedule, click here.

If you desire to create Job Appointments from the Job record, follow the instructions below and on the following page.

1.  From the Main Application Menu navigate to Job Management and select the Job Queue menu option.

2.  The Open Job List will be displayed.  Highlight the Job within the list then click the Open button located at the lower right of the form or double-click on the Job line.

3.  Click the Labor button on the Job Toolbar.

4.  From the Labor Toolbar, click the Appointments button.

5.  Place your mouse in the white area of the Appointments form, right-click then select the Add New Appointment option.
