Central Station Tracking Tree Options
For companies activating the Central Station Tracking option, seven options are available; Access Cards, Call List, (Special) Instructions, Monitoring, (Open/Close) Schedules, Test (Schedules), and Zones. Click on the desired topic link below for information on the functionality of each option.
Access Cards Call List Instructions Monitoring
To be able to enter or edit existing central station tracking data, you must first open the System record in Edit Mode. Highlight the System from the Customer Tree, right-click and select the Edit System option.
