Installer Availability Scheduling

As stated on the previous page, there are four ways to schedule appointments using the Installer Availability area of the Job Planner:

·Drag Request Node from the Requests Tree to the Appointment Block (or Installer Tile if “Schedule By Drop Date” is not checked)

·Select the desired Installer Tile, then double-click the Requested Task Block in the Gantt Chart.

·Select the desired Installer Tile, then double-click the Requested Node in the Requests Tree.

Note: The Job Planner does not stop the User from scheduling multiple appointments in the same Appointment Block of an Installer Tile.
