When highlighting and right-clicking on an individual Bill To record from the customer tree, there are five options available from which to select. Each of these options will be described below.
New Billing Information – Selecting this option will open a blank Customer Billing Information form for creating an additional Bill To record for the customer.
Edit Billing Information – Selecting this option will open the Bill To record where the User may make and save changes to the existing record.
Print Statement – Selecting this option will open the Print a Single Statement form, where the User may specify what type of information that will print on the statement. Only invoices and credit memos created for this Bill To record will print on the statement.
MailMerge – Selecting the MailMerge option will open the Windows File Explorer to locate a template document for which a User wishes to create a letter. Complete instructions on how to use the MailMerge feature will be covered in a separate section later in this Help.
Map – If MapPoint software is installed on the workstation, selecting this option will display a map for the Bill To address.
