Customer Structure Functions (continued)
When right-clicking on the Sites option from the customer tree, there are three options available from which to select. Each of these options will be described below.
New Site – Selecting this option will open a blank Site Information form for creating a new Site record for the customer.
Copy Site from Another Customer – Selecting this option will allow the User to copy Site related information from another customer record. Follow the link for instructions on how to use the Site Copy function.
Refresh – Selecting this option will update information in the Active Pane.
