Customer Tree Options & Activities
When selecting the Aging tree option, information in the Active Pane displays the customer open invoices in aging buckets depending on the age of the invoices. Also displayed are any unapplied items and information regarding the last date a statement was produced and late fees if any were assessed on the customer’s account.
