Customer Tree Options & Activities
When the Deferred Income tree option is expanded, two additional tree items appear below the Deferred Income Unposted tree option which relate to Deferred Income for the Customer; Posted Current Year and Posted Prior Year. All three menu options are explained below. There are no right-click options available for Deferred Income.
Deferred Income Unposted – When highlighting this menu tree option, a list of all Invoices and Credit Memos for which deferred income had not yet been recognized will display in the Active Pane.
Posted Current Year – When highlighting this menu tree option, a list of all Invoices and Credit Memos for which deferred income has been recognized in the current fiscal accounting year will display in the Active Pane.
Posted Prior Year – When highlighting this menu tree option, a list of all Invoices and Credit Memos for which deferred income was recognized in the previous fiscal accounting year will display in the Active Pane.
