Miscellaneous Purchases Coded as Materials

Material costs such miscellaneous hardware may be applied to a Job when a Purchase Order is received or when entering a Bill into Accounts Payable where no Purchase Order was created.  Assigning the Job Expense Type of M to a Purchase Order or A/P Bill is what causes the expense to be classified as a Job Material cost.
