8.  When using the drag and drop method, only one time slot will be allocated for the Job Appointment.  If the Installer needs to be on the Job longer, the User will need to edit the appointment to expand the appointment time.  To expand the appointment time, click on the scheduled appointment, right-click and select the Technician Appointment option.
