Open Jobs (continued)

Open Job List Function Buttons

  Clicking the Open Jobs button will refresh the list with all Jobs that do not have a status of Closed or Reversed; basically all Open Jobs.

  Clicking this button will display a list of all Jobs that have not been scheduled.

  Clicking the Checkmark button will display a list of Jobs where a date was selected in the Schedule field on a Job Task line.  A job may appear multiple times in the list if multiple Job Tasks have been marked with a Schedule date.

  The last button on the right is a toggle type button; when the button label displays "Double-click shows Schedule", when double-clicking on a Job in the list, the Job Scheduling form will open to create Job Appointments.  Clicking on this button once will change the button to:

  When double-clicking on a Job in the list, the Job record will open in the main SedonaOffice application.  The SedonaOffice icon on the taskbar will start blinking when the Job is opened.  Click on the blinking icon to work with the Job record.

This button may be toggled back and forth depending on whether you want to schedule an appointment or work with the Job record.
