4.  A list of all Inspection records that met the criteria specified in the header will be display in the list.  Systems that are due to be inspected on or before the Due As Of Date entered will be displayed in red.  By default, each system will have the check box to the left of the account number selected.  Only select the checkbox on the Inspection records for which you are ready to create an Inspection Ticket.  Press the Create Tickets button located at the lower right of the form to generate the Inspection Tickets.

A confirmation message will be displayed asking the User if they are ready to create the Inspection Tickets; press the Yes button to proceed.

5.  The Inspection Tickets will be created and are now viewable from the Inspection or Vendor Inspection Ticket Queues.  The date that is displayed in the Scheduled column for the newly generated tickets is the date on which the inspection is due (Next Inspection Date for the Inspection). Once an appointment is scheduled with a technician, the appointment date and time will display in the Scheduled column.
