Installers - Service Form

Service Company -  Select the default Service Company from the drop-down list to which the Installer/Technician is assigned.

Warehouse - Select the Warehouse to which the Installer/Technician is assigned.

Text Message Address - This is an optional field.  If you wish to send Service Ticket information to a Technician via a text message, enter the Installer/Technician text message address.

Expertise Level - Make a selection from the drop-down list.  The choices in this list are controlled by SedonaOffice.  Select the appropriate level for the employee.  The expertise level is used in conjunction with the Service Ticket Problem Codes and Service Ticket scheduling.
