Customer Information Right-Click Options (continued)
Selecting the Customer Snapshot option will launch the Customer Snapshot report in preview mode. This report contains sections of information related to the customer, its sites, systems and recurring lines. This report may be printed by pressing the printer icon located on the upper toolbar. The report may also be saved to an electronic file in one of the following file formats; Excel, PDF, RTF, Text, HTML.
