Master Account RMR Rate Changes
Functionality is available for performing global RMR rate changes for a Master Account. If this option is used, all Recurring Lines on all Subaccounts for the Master Account where the Invoice Items has been selected for a rate will be affected. Old recurring lines will be cancelled and new recurring lines will automatically be setup with an effective date of the current next cycle date.
To use the Master Account Global Rate Change function, follow the instructions below.
1. Open the Master Account for which a Rate Change will be processed.
2. From the customer tree, highlight the tree option Customer Information; right-click and select the Edit Customer Setup option.

3. The Customer Setup form will be displayed. Click on the Master Account Setup tab.
