Group by GL Account

When this option is selected, the Deferred Income posting will be totaled by the Income Accounts found on the posted Cycle Invoices.  As you can see in the example below, the Monitoring and Open Close services are group together because these Invoice Items are both setup with the same income account.  The Service Agreement is grouped separately because this Invoice Item is setup with a different income account than the other two services.
