Rescheduling a Job Appointment (continued)

Reschedule an Appointment from a the Appointment Summary

If a Job Appointment needs to be rescheduled, this may be done from a Job Record or from the Appointment Summary.  This section will provide instructions on how to reschedule an Appointment from the Appointment Summary.

1.  From the Main Application Menu navigate to Job Management and select the Appointment Summary menu option.

2.  The Appointment Summary will be displayed.  If rescheduling the Job for the same day, the User may drag and drop the Appointment to the desired time slot/Installer in the grid area of the form.  If rescheduling for a different date, click on the appointment to be rescheduled, right-click and select the Edit Appointment option. 

3.  The Appointment Edit form will be displayed.  Make the necessary changes in the header area of the form.  When finished, press the Save button located at the lower right of the form.
