The Appointment Summary
The Appointment Summary form is used to view scheduled Service Tickets, Inspection Tickets and Jobs and to schedule un-scheduled Tickets and Jobs. Scheduling from the Appointment Summary uses the drag and drop method. Tickets or Jobs are dragged from the Ticket or Job list and dropped into an open time slot of the desired Technician.
The Appointment Summary is comprised of several components; Function Buttons, Selection Tabs, Selection Information and the Technician Schedule Board. Each of these components will be described within this topic section.
