  Monitor - Pressing the Monitor button will display a list of all Tickets where the ticket is past due; the appointment date and time are prior to the current date and time.

  Current Date - The Appointment Summary displays the schedule for one day at a time; pressing the drop-down arrow will open the calender for the User to select a different date if needed.

  Decrease Date by One Day - Pressing the button will change the Technician Schedule Board to one day prior to today.

  Increase Date by One Day - Pressing the button will change the Technician Schedule Board to one day after today.
