Svc - No Tech  - Selecting this tab will display a list of all Tickets where a date has been scheduled but a Technician has not yet been assigned.  These tickets cannot be dragged onto the Technician Schedule Board;  to assign a Technician, double-click on the ticket number to open the Appointment Schedule form and assign a Technician and time.
