Scheduling an Appointment from the Appointment Summary
Jobs may be scheduled on the Appointment Summary from a Job Record or directly from the Appointment Summary from the Job Management menu. This section will provide instructions on how to schedule an appointment for an Installer from the Appointment Summary.
1. From the Main Application Menu navigate to Job Management and select the Appointment Summary menu option.
2. The Appointment Summary will be displayed. The first time a User opens the Appointment Summary, no information is displayed in the Technician Schedule Board area; this form first needs to be activated.
3. Click on the Install Co tab on the left side of the Appointment Summary.
4. A list of one or more Install Companies will be displayed; select the checkbox to the left of each Install Company for which you will be scheduling appointments. In a few seconds the Technician Schedule Board will fill in with time slots and Installer names.
5. If you want to display Service Tickets that are scheduled with the Installers, click on the Svc Co tab and select one or more Service Companies from the list.
