7.  Next the System information will need to be modified.  Highlight the Systems option on the customer tree; in the Active Pane, double-click on the System record to open for editing.

8.  Once the System record is displayed, first uncheck the Inactive checkbox located at the lower left of the Site form then make any other necessary changes to the Site information.  Press the Save button when finished.

In the Critical Message field, the User may type in a note indicating the System was taken over from a previous customer.  This critical message will be displayed when creating new service tickets.

Recurring Lines will need to be set up for any services provided to this new customer.  If using the Central Station Tracking option, the Call List and other information will need to be modified.
