Function Buttons
There are nine function buttons displayed at the upper left of the Service Ticket Queue. Each function button will be explained below.

All Open
Tickets - pressing this button will
display a list of all open tickets.
Tickets Without
Appointments - pressing this button
will display a list of all open tickets where no appointment has
been scheduled on the Appointment Summary.
Tickets With
Appointments - pressing this button
will display a list of all open ticket with a scheduled
appointment.
Tickets
Requiring a Go Back Appointment -
pressing this button will display a list of all tickets flagged for
a Go Back.
Resolved
Tickets - pressing this button will
display a list of all tickets where a Resolution Code has been
selected. The list displayed is considered the service
billing list.
