Service Company Filter - If your company is operating with multiple Service Companies, the User may press the drop-down list a select a single service company.  Only the tickets assigned to the selected Service Company will be displayed in the list.

Technician Filter - Selecting a single Technician from the drop-down list will display all open tickets to which the Technician is assigned.

Problem Filter - Selecting a single Problem Code from the drop-down list will display all open tickets for the selected problem code.
