Filter Options
There are eight filter options available at the top of the Service Ticket Queue. Filters are used to display a listing of particular set open service tickets. The User may use multiple filters to arrive at the list of tickets desired. Each filter option will be explained below.

Ticket Queue Filter - Pressing the drop-down arrow at the top of the Service Ticket Queue will display the Queue selections.

Show Sub Problems Option - If this option is selected a new column, Sub Problem, will be displayed in the ticket list grid to the right of the Problem Code column.
