Sub Problems Filter - If your company is using Secondary Problem codes on tickets, selecting a single Sub Problem Code from the drop-down list will display all open tickets for the selected sub problem code(secondary problem code on the ticket).

From and To Date Filter - The From and To Date filter is used to view a list of service tickets created on a particular date on within a particular date range.  The date filters may be used in conjunction with any of the other Service Ticket Queue Filters.
