Show In Progress Queue -
pressing this button will split the Service Ticket list into an
upper tier and lower tier. The upper tier displays all open
tickets. The lower tier displays tickets that have begun the
dispatch process. This view is typically used by dispatchers
performing Live Dispatching. As Technicians report in, the
Dispatcher updates the dispatch times by right-clicking on the
ticket in process. Once the ticket appointment is marked as
departed, the ticket disappears from the lower tier.
